Oh you are both silly. Those are cooling towers, the "pollution" you are seeing is actually steam rising from the stacks that are cooling water...and only water. The only impact the power plant has on the surrounding community is some extra snowfall from the moisture in the air :-)
A place I would never choose to live near.
Looks healthy and beautiful. Bet it's got great plantlife nearby.
