The Dress

So you are thinking, what is up with a "blog" picture of a dress? Well, if you come from a family like mine, you would know that anything that has to do with a dress (buying, wearing) is like having a relic, they are few and far between.

We are a family where the male species has dominance. Take for instance my parents; they were blessed with three sons and two daughters. Those sons and daughters populated the family further by giving the parents fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren with a third due to make its presence in November.

Out of these fourteen plus two grands/great children, thirteen are males ranging in ages 19 months to 28 years old. The three females are 25, 21 and 2.

As you can see, it has been a very very very long time since anyone has had the delight of buying little girl dresses. So in honor of what is certainly a minority in this family, I decided to buy this dress for little two year old Grace.
