Alps and British Airways

British Airways is by far the best airline, I have even flown with. Not only was the staff courteous and respectful, but helpful and pleasant. And can I just say "Hot Meals and Free Wine"! The last time, I flew on an airline that served a hot meal was back in 1976 in route to California. The seats were comfortable and reclined back with a foot rest. We each had individual televisions with headsets and the movies offered were new releases, If you travel with children, you can expect activities just for the children as in movies or games, not to mention all children are served their meals first. In route to London, we were offered a Hot Dinner with a choice of chicken or beef, dessert, salad, tea, coffee, soda, water and wine. We were given a blanket and pillow and a small kit that contained a toothbrush and toothpaste. Warm towels were given out during the flight to refresh oneself. In the morning, we were offered breakfast. On the flight home, we received all of the above, in addition to three meals and a snack. We were given breakfast, a hot lunch with choices and one hour before landing back in Philadelphia, we were offered tea, coffee, water, soda and a sandwich with dessert. If this was coach, I cannot imagine the treatment First Class received. I highly recommend British Airways as a way to travel enough to mention it on this site.
The pictures above are of the Alps, we flew over and taken in the early morning hours of our flight in route to Venice after a layover in London.
