The family that invented Wrigley gum, Here is their main house and yes, the generations still reside on the island.
Their ranch that grows three types of grapes to make wine and once upon a time, they also raised Arabian horses. The ranch remains, the grapes are turned into wine, the horses are gone and yes, family remains.
They even built a small mountain airport.
Their neighbors roam free.
Of course the cactus. Then, the old stage coach lodge from 1882.
Last but certainly not least, the old WWII bunker for watching for Japanese submarines.
