Pain

Really down today. Not just that veil of sadness but heart wrenching feelings of grief. I just want to remain in this chair forever with a comforter up to my chin and sleep so I do not have to think. I do not want to work, clean, shower. eat or answer the phone. God gave me just alittle too much to handle right now. I cannot even imagine getting through the next few days let alone weeks, months and years.
