Bill took an old glass window, stripped it, stained it, then took pictures he shot himself, blew them up and made this picture frame. Pictures were taken in the Wissahickon park.

Bill did a nice job. If he ever needs any window frames let me know and I'll ask one of the installers to give me some.. Bill should make some and sell them to store owners or flea markets. The picture is really nice.
I gotten say, I agree 100%. He is very creative in many ways and he should show them off and maybe even make a little cash. As a matter of fact, he has written many songs and I must admit, they are great.
