Our House in Gettysburg

The last time we were here was nearly a year ago with the female & youngest male grandpoles. We love this house and have traveled at least 4 to 5 trips out there every year. It is a great house with many many happy memories, and hopefully one day we will go out to the house, before the year ends. This was called my "Great Escape " house. A place where I always felt at peace. The Hot Tub in the huge bathroom helps. Of course the view helps too from the second floor porch, which overlooks the battle field.

We never went in the summer. This was our Fall, Winter and Spring House. Summers were spent at the shore and/or some other place. Gettysburg gets too crowded in the summer. The tourists come out in flocks. I like quiet. Yeah, I am just so much fun:)
