Woodside Amusement Park in Fairmount Park - The park was on the south side of Ford Road, just east of its intersection with Monument Road and Conshohocken Road (known as "Five Points"). It was adjacent to Philadelphia's Fairmount Park. It operated from June 12th 1897 to 1955. I remember my grandmother telling me stories as a child about going to Woodside Park and having picnics with family. Such sweet memories of my grandmother so I am happy I came across this picture.
